Subject: Grant of Liberalised family pension to widows who re-married before 01.01.1996- Instructions regarding.

Reference: GoI, MoD letter No. 1(1)/2001/D (Pen-C) dated 24 June 2005

Of late it has been observed that the complaints are being received from widow of Armed force personnel died prior to 01.01.1996 regarding non-payment of Liberalised family pension to the widows who were in receipt of LFP and subsequently LFP was stopped / converted into OFP due to her remarriage before 01.01.1996 with a person other than the real brother of her deceased husband. In terms of Gol, MoD letter no. 200847/Pen-C/71 dated 24.02.1972, the LFP sanctioned to widow was stapped and further converted into OFP after her remarriage with a person other than real brother of the deceased soldier.

In accordance to Gol, MoD letter No. 1(1)/2001/D(Pen-C) dated 24 June 2005, Liberalised family pension of such widows who remarried before 01.01.1996 and whose LFP were stopped and concerted into OFP due to their remarriage are now regulated in terms of para 6.6 of Gol, MoD letter No. 1(2)/97/D(Pen-C) Dated 31.01.2001. The actual benefit arising out of this order will be payable w.e.f 24.06.2005.

In view of the above you are requested to review all the affected cases where LFP was not yet restored to widaw as per Gol, MoD letter No.-1(1)/2001/D(Pen-C) dated 24 June 2005 by issuing afresh PPO. Such cases after review may please be sent to OI/C, G-4 section of this Office enclosing following documents-

i) Corr. LPC- cum datasheet along with the proforma (attached as annexure 'A' duly supported with sheet roll.
ii) Family pension claims for restoration of LFP.
iii) A certificate regarding supporting/non-supporting of child (ren) countersigned by the zila sainik along with family details as per annexure B.
iv) An application from widow for restoration of Liberalised family pension
v) Last payment certificate by PRA, where date upto which Liberalized Family Pension was paid to widow and date of stoppage of Liberalized family pension is clearly mentioned.
vi) Descriptive roll of widow duly affixed recent photographs.

Sir,
In continuation of this Ministry's letter No. PC 1(2)/97-D (Pen-C), dated the 16th May, 2001 on the subject mentioned above, I am directed to convey the sanction of the President to grant Liberalised Family Pension to a widow whose liberalised family pension was stopped on her remarriage before 01.01.96 with a person other than the real brother of the deceased. Such pension may be regulated in terms of para 6.6 of this Ministry’s letter No. 1(2)/97/D(PEN-C) dt. 31.01.2001.

2. The actual benefit arising out of this order will be payable from the date of issue of this letter.

3. Pension Regulations of the three Services will be amended in due course.

4. This issues with the concurrence of Defence (Finance) vide their UO No. 2907/Fin/ Pen dated 24.6.05.

PRIORITY FOR WAR DISABLED VETERANS AND BATTLE CAUSALITIES IN OPD OF ARMED FORCES HOSPITALS

War Disabled Veterans form a very distinguished class of veterans. A large number of War Disabled Veterans/ Battle causalities are arnputation cases, amputated due to injuries sustained in war and war like conditions and have restricted mobility. In view of this special disposition, they rightfully deserve certain privileges. AFMS has always remained committed in providing them priority in AFMS hospitals.

Henceforth, War Disabled Veterans/Battle Causalities (self only) may be offered Specialist consultation directly at the OPDs of Armed Forces hospitals on OPD days, without obtaining a referral from the ECHS Polyclinics. However, these veterans will continue to avail services of their dependant polyclinic for routine illnesses.

Necessary instructions may please be issued to all concerned.

This has the approval of the DGAFMS.

S.R.O ……. (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to alticle 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Army Pay Rules, 2017, namely: -

Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Army Pay (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January, 2016.
In the Army Pay Rules, 2017, in rule 5, in sub-rule (3), for clause (v), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-

"(v) Group 'X' Pay shall be counted as pay for the purpose of computation of dearness allowance and pension".

Explanatory Memorandum- The recommendations of the Seventh Central Pay Commission have been implemented with effect from the 1st day of January, 2016. Likewise, the Defence Personnel of the Union of India are eligible for Seventh Central Pay revision with effect from the 1st day of January, 2016. Accordingly, the said rules have been given retrospective effect with effect from the 1st day of January, 2016. It is hereby, certified that by giving retrospective effect to the said rules no one , will be adversely affected.

Note:- The Army Pay Rules, 2017 were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 4 vide notification, number S.R.O. 9(E), dated the 3rd May, 2017.

EXTENSION OF VALIDITY OF TEMPORARY SLIP TO SIX MONTHS

1. All Ex-Servicemen applying for new 64 Kb Cards fall in any one of the following category

(a) Future Retiree.
(b) Temp Slip Holder.
(c) 01 Jan 1996-31 Mar 2003 Pensioners.
(d) Pre 01 Jan 1996 Pensioners.
(e) Death case while in Service.
(f) Loss of 32 Kb 85 64 Kb Cards.
(g) Post Apr 2003 Retiree not a member yet.
(h) 16/32 Kb Card Holders.

2. All the above categories except 16/32 Kb Card holders are required to download online generated temporary slip. This Temporary Slip is required to be taken to the nearest polyclinic for activation alongwith all related service documents for ECHS membership. The Temporary Slip was earlier valid for three months and subsequently extended on monthly basis.

3. Now the competent authority has approved the following

(a) All system generated Temporary Slips will be abinitio valid for Six Months.
(b) The Temporary Slip can be further extended by three months at a time by Parent Polyclinics in case the ECHS beneficiary does not receive the Card.
(c) The ECHS beneficiary to collect his Card from Station Headquarters within 30 Days from receipt of OTP. These slips will be handed over to the Station HQ at the time of collection of Card.

4. All Regional Centres will forward copy of this document to all Station HQs & Polyclinics in their AOR.

PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING OF ECHS APPLICATION
IN CASE OF MARITAL DISCORD / FAMILY DISPUTE AND
PARENTS OF SOLDIERS AFTER DEATH IN HARNESS

1.A number of petitions are recd from spouses of veterans as a consequence of marital discord and parents of the serving soldiers who died in harness wherein the primary beneficiary does not apply for ECHS membership for the dependents. The extant rules do not permit anyone else to apply for ECHS membership except the primary member.

2. ECHS is akin to CGH’S in many regards and ECHS rules are similar too. Since the CGHS rules extend CGHS facilities to a judicially separated wife (CGHS Rule Book, Chapter 3, Page 25), it is axiomatic that since a judicially separated wife is auth CGHS facilities, a spouse during the period of marital discord will also be allowed CGHS facilities. Further, the meaning of ‘family’ as per Govt Rules are as under :-

(a) Husband/wife, including more than one wife and a judicially separated wife.
(b) Parents (excluding step parents), subject to the following:-

(i) In case of adoption, adoptive parents and not real parents.
(ii) If adoptive father has more than one wife, only the first wife: and.
(iii) In case of female employees, parents or parents-in-law, at her option, subject to the conditions of dependency and residence etc. being satisfied.

(c) Children, including step children, legally adopted children, children taken as wards by the Government servant under the Guardians and Ward Act, 1980, provided that such a ward lives with him, treated as a family member and is given the status of a natural born child through a special will executed by that Government servant :-

(i) Son is eligible till he starts earning or attains the age of 25 years or gets married, whichever is earlier.
(ii) Daughter is eligible till she starts earning, or gets married.

(d) Sons suffering from permanent disability either physically or mentally, without any age-limit.

(i) Disability means blindness, low vision, leprosy- cured, hearing  impairment, locomotor disability, mental illness (includes schizophrenia), autism, cerebral palsy or a combination of any two or more of such conditions and includes a person suffering from several multiple disability.
(ii)’Permanent disability’ means a person with 40% or more of one or more

(e) Dependent divorced/abandoned or separated from their husband/widowed daughters (irrespective of age).

3. The ECHS facilities will hence be extended to the spouse/her dependent children/  eligible parents/dependents, during the period of marital discord.

4. In so far as, the parents of ESM are concerned, there are cases where the spouse of ESM becomes the primary member after the demise of the ESM, but due to strained relations (family dispute) is reluctant to obtain ECHS membership for the parents, despite their meeting the dependent criteria including income criteria. Such cases will also be addressed under the meaning of the term ‘family’ and ECHS facility will be made applicable to eligible persons.

5. The procedure for processing of ECHS application in case of marital discord / family dispute cases will be as under :-

(a) Spouse/ dependent children and dependent parents will be eligible to apply for ECHS membership on production all supporting documents for eligibility of self and his / her children and similarly for dependent parents.

(b) On the basis of ibid provision, the spouse I dependent children / dependent parents should apply to DIAV for Army, DESA for Navy & DAV for Air Force who will facilitate in obtaining copy of PPO from respective Record offices. The application should be duly supported with an identity proof in the form of Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Ration Card, Marriage Part II order & Dependent Card issued by District Soldier Board. DIAV/DESA/DAV will endorse a letter to the primary beneficiary to give him/her an opportunity to apply for cards himself/herself within 30 days for eligible family members. In case of non receipt of reply within 30 days / refusal to apply, obtaining copy of PPO will be facilitated for the applicant.

(c) Having obtained the copy of the PPO, the spouse / dependent children I dependent parents should apply through ‘Online Application’ portal of ECHS website for issue of ECHS Smart Card. Once the online application is successfully filled ‘up alongwith payment for the card (s), the indl will be able to generate ‘Temporary Slip’ for the affected persons. The same will be activated at dependent Polyclinics with a validity of three months at a time or till receipt of card whichever is earlier. The Temporary Slip will allow need treatment to the concerned persons till receipt of Smart Card.

(d) In marital discord cases, the ECHS membership granted will be for a limited period of one year or till resolution divorce whichever is earlier. The same will be renewed in case of status quo beyond a year.

(e) The membership of spouse will be discontinued once a divorce is granted & The responsibility of informing of divorce will be that of the primary beneficiary / ESM. If not informed and any treatment taken by the divorced lady post divorce recovery due will be on the primary beneficiary / ESM including for those children staying with him / her.

(f) It will be responsibility of dependent parents (in cases of serving soldiers died in harness) to give yearly affidavit for income criteria. Wife of deceased soldier should also inform if parents have more income which makes them ineligible. Responsibility of recovery will be on primary beneficiary.

(g) Membership of children will be based on the eligibility criteria as governed in terms of age, income and marriage criteria applicable as laid down vide CGHS letter No MH & FW No 4-24/96-C&P/CGHS/CGHS(P) dated 31 May 2007.

(h) The onus of informing of divorce for marital discord cases and income criteria for dependent parents will be of primary beneficiary.

Consequent upon the judgement of Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 08-12-2017, in the matter of Civil Appeal Diary No.3744 of 2016 (UOI Vs Shri Balbir Singh Turn & Anr), I am directed to refer to this Ministry’s letter No. 14(1)/99-D(AG) dated 30 May 2011 on the above subject and to state that the President is pleased to make the following amendment in para 5 of the aforesaid letter:

READ: "The scheme would be operational w.e.f. 01 Jan 2006"

The Seventh Pay Commission has awarded monetary compensation to jawans for allowing purchase of personal clothing items of uniform to be purchased under arrangement to be made by the Army. An annual remuneration of Rs 10,000/- has been paid to all jawans in lieu of selected items of personal clothing. Accordingly, Army has made arrangements for purchase of quality cloth to be made available through CSD outlets and stitching to be carried out under unit arrangements or any other means that the individual jawans may wish to get their clothing stitched as per authorized specifications. This provision is applicable to Central Armed Police Forces as well. It is, therefore, incorrect and inappropriate to single out Army on this issue through inadequately researched articles in the media.

Joint memorandum submitted by Three recognised Federations and INDWF Circular No. INDWF/Circular/002/2018 dated 19.02.2018 for holding oal attention Strike on 15.03.2018 alongwith demands were discussed in a meeting by MoD convened under the Chairmanship of JS (Army) on 09.03.2018 at New Delhi. All the issues were discussed and it was agreed by MoD.

1. Reduction made in the expenditure budget of approximate Rs.3000 Crores is likely to be restored.

2. It was assured that no factory will be closed and no employees will be retrenched.

3. Efforts will be made not to dislocate the employees from their existing factories/place of postings.

4. In case, after the stipulated period the Army do not place indent for existing items, then appropriate training of staff for re-deployment would be considered.

5. Items which are included in the Uniform allowance are being examined and will be clarified, and the case is under process for releasing the indents for the next financial year for the allotted workload.

6. JS (LS) also stated that VFJ is loaded with manufacturing of Mine Protected Vehicle (MPV) and Federation was assured about the future work load of Small Arms Factories.

7. No employee will be retrenched in Army and the effect of GOCO model on employees of Army Base Workshops (ABWs) and the manpower requirement of MES would be considered. All efforts will be made do not dislocate the employees from their existing Workshops, Depots and MES.

8. Necessary instructions will be issued for holding DPCs and effecting promotions in DGQA.

9. It was assured that no employees will be retrenched and no factory will be closed.
Based on the assurances given in the meeting with the Federation leaders and the issue of minutes of the meeting with the above assurances, three Federations have deliberated and considered the above decision and decided to POSTPONE the proposed "Call Attention Strike" and the "ONE Hour Work Boycott on 15.03.2018.

At the affiliated unions are directed to conduct the Gale meeting on 15.03.2018 during the mustering in time and declare the decisions to all the employees not to proceed with the agitation already declared till further instructions are issued for communication. The Federation will monitor these decisions with MoD for adopting/implementing the decisions. Unions may communicate to all the employees accordingly, further discussion will take place in the Working committee Meeting to be held at Medak on 6th and 7th April, 2018.

Army Organised Youth Fest at Kishtwar

Army organised a mega event Youth Fest : 2017 on 13 Nov 2017 at the historic Chowgan ground of Kishtwar.

The Fest was an amalgamation of varied programmes highlighting the rich culture of different regions of India and stalls of food, entertainment and games for people of all the age groups to rejoice & cherish. The event also encompassed display of various ethnic specialities from across the country.
Students from various schools of Kishtwar district & professional artists from other parts of the country participated in the event to showcase their talent and performed folk dances of Rajasthani, Punjabi & Kashmiri culture. Kalbeliya, Gatka, Bhangra and an electrifying performance by the rock band were the highlights of the day. Stalls manifesting the talent of ITI and paintings, clay models were praiseworthy and the preponderant performance of the local youth of Kishtwar was highly commendable. Over 8000 people from all sections of society witnessed the event.

The event was graced by officials of Army, civil administration, Police, CAPF and other civil dignitaries. The youth & spectators quoted that the fest was an enlightening & enriching experience that has surely changed their perspective towards contributing to a peaceful & harmonious tomorrow.
Speaking on the occasion, the GOC, Delta Force expressed his gratitude to civil administration & local populace for their whole hearted support and enthusiastic participation in making the event a grand success. He emphasized that close coordination between civil administration and Army will take Chenab Valley towards meaningful progressive growth. The overwhelming response of youth in such events will send the message of peace & unity in the region, he added.

A copy of Ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditure) O.M. No. 7/4/2014/E III (A) dated 19th September, 2017 on the above subject is forwarded herewith for information and necessary action in so far as Armed Forces personnel are concerned.

2. It is hereby clarified that Personnel Below Officer Ranks (PBORs) of the Armed Forces including JCOs in the Army and Officers of the equivalent rank in the Navy and Air Force will be eligible for the ad-hoc bonus for the year 2016-17 in terms of the Ministry of Finance OM referred to in para 1 above subject to the availability of requisite funds in the sanctioned budget provisions of Defence Services for the current financial year.

3. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Division of this Ministry vide their Dy. N0-443/AG/PD/2017 dated 28.9.2017.

Canteen Stores Department (CSD) go with online soon

India's largest retail network, the Canteen Stores Department (CSD) which supplies goods at concessional rates to defence personnel from the Army, Navy and Air Force is planning a makeover, according to a Times of India report.

The retailer is planning to go online, with the entire range of white goods brands available on the CSD website. Customers can select and make online payment directly to the white goods company via internet banking.

Aside from expanding its depots, the retailer is also looking at putting in place systems that will allow customers to purchase the latest goods with no time lag.

Also, the documents needed for purchases will soon be made online. The main objective of the move is to ensure its 1.2 crore cardholders get to purchase the latest fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) on the same day that they are stocked on the canteen's retail shelves.

Instead of two board meetings in a year, the retailer is planning to have six meetings for faster clearance of new product introductions.

“We are already in talks with leading FMCG companies like Hindustan Unilever and Procter & Gamble to ensure our customers get to sample their products as soon as they are launched,” Air Vice-Marshal M Baladitya, chairman, board of administration and general manager of CSD told TOI exclusively.
Baladitya is hopeful of carrying out the changes by Diwali this year.

Also, CSD is talking to leading consumer durable makers to smoothen the process on white goods.
First started in 1921 for British troops, CSD is now planning to expand depots in places such as Bhubaneswar (Orissa), Danapar (Bihar) and Himachal Pradesh. Currently, CSD has 34 depots and 4,500 outlets.

As per the report, major contributors to CSD's sales are toiletries (around Rs 4,500 crore), white goods and cars (around Rs 4,000 crore), packaged foods and supplements (Rs 3,500 crore), liquor (Rs 3,000 crore) and other household goods & luggage (around Rs 3,000 crore).

From a turnover of Rs 48 lakh in 1948, CSD comes all the way and had Rs 17,000 crore turnover in 2016-17.

For the recruiting year 2016-17, a total of 53786 vacancies have been allotted.

The Armed Forces have undertaken sustained image projection and publicity campaign to create awareness among the youth on the advantages of taking up a challenging and satisfying career.  Awareness campaigns, participation in career fairs and exhibitions, advertisements in print and electronic media, motivational lectures in schools, colleges are also some of the other measures taken in this direction.

Presently, women are recruited in Indian Army as Officers through Short Service Commission (SSC) on all India merit basis along with men candidates.  Women Officers are inducted in Army Service Corps, Army Ordnance Corps, Army Education Corps, Judge Advocate General Branch including Engineers, Signals, Intelligence and Electrical & Mechanical Engineering branches.  In addition, they are also commissioned in Medical Branch Army Medical Corps (AMC), Army Dental Corps (ADC) and Military Nursing Service (MNS).  Further, Women Officers are eligible for grant of Permanent Commission in Judge Advocate General (JAG) Department and in Army Education Corps (AEC) of Army.

The IAF has pioneered the entry of women as officers in flying and ground duty.

In Indian Navy, women officers are inducted through Short Service Commission, in Logistics, Law, Observers, Air Traffic Control (ATC), Pilots (Maritime Reconnaissance Stream), Naval Armament Inspectorate cadre (NAIC), Naval Architecture and Education Branch.

The details of women officers in Army (excluding Medical, Dental & Nursing Branch), in Indian Air Force (excluding Medical and Dental Branch) and in Indian Navy recruited during the last three years, Service-wise, are as under:-

In 2011, the Government approved consideration of women Short Service Commission Officers (SSCOs) for grant of permanent commission along with men SSCOs in specific branches in the three services viz. Judge Advocate General (JAG), and Army Education Corps (AEC) of the Army and their corresponding branches in Navy and Air Force, Naval Constructor in Navy and Accounts Branch in Air Force.

 In March 2016, approval has been accorded for induction of women Short Service Commission (SSC) officers as Pilots in Maritime Reconnaissance (MR) stream and in the Naval Armament Inspectorate (NAI) cadre.  The inductions are planned commencing from mid 2017.

 In the Indian Air Force since 1993, women officers have been inducted in all branches and stream as Short Service Commissioned Officers except in the fighter stream.  However, IAF has revised Short Service Commission scheme to induct women into the fighter stream on experimental basis for five years.  The first batch of three women officers was commissioned in the fighter stream on June 18, 2016.

In addition, steps like increasing tenure of women officers and improving promotional prospects in Army have been taken to increase participation of women in the Army.

The amount of ex-gratia lump sum compensation available to the families of Central Government Civilian employees, who die in the performance of their bona fide official duties under various circumstances, has been increased on the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission w.e.f. 01/01/2016 vide DoP&PW OM No.38/37/2016-P&PW(A)(i) dated 04/08/2016, as under:

The rate of ex-gratia lump sum compensation for 100 percent disability to CAPFs & Assam Rifles personnel, who are disabled in the performance of their bonafide official duty under various circumstances and are boarded out from service on account of disability attributable to aggravated in service, has been revised vide this Ministry OM No.27011/64/2010-R&W (Part) dated 07/06/2017 from Rs. 09 lakhs to Rs. 20 lakhs w.e.f 01/01/2016.

The 7th CPC has recommended a common regime of Risk and Hardship Allowance for Army and CAPFs which has been accepted by the Government.

This was stated by the Minister of State for Home Affairs, Shri Kiren Rijiju in a written reply to question by Shri Bahadur Singh Koli in the Lok Sabha today.

Subject : Condonation of deficiency in service for grant of 2nd service pension in respect of DSC (Defence Security Corps) personnel.

Condonation of deficiency in service for eligibility of service pension has been mentioned in Rule 125 of Pension Regulation Part-l 1961 (Rule 44 of Pension Regulation Part-I 2008). This rule is applicable in all cases except the case mentioned under the Rule125 of Pension Regulation Part-l 1961 (Rule 44 of Pension Regulation Part-l 2008). Deficiency in service for eligibility of Service pension or Reservist pension or Gratuity in lieu may be condoned by competent authority up to 12 month as mentioned in GoI, MoD letter No. 4684/DlR(PEN)/2001 dated 14th August 2001.

2. Representations of the ex-servicemen who have been granted Service pension from Army side and re-employed in DSC are received for condonation of deficiency in service for the 2nd service pension from DSC. The matter has been examined and decided that condonation of deficiency in qualifying service is to be
accorded on merit and in the deserving cases to make individual eligible for at least one service pension. Condonation of deficiency in qualifying service for grant of 2nd service pension in respect of DSC personnel has no merit.

3. It is conveyed that the intention behind condonation of deficiency in service for grant of service pension is that the individual must not be left high & dry but should be made eligible for at least one service pension in View of above, it is clarified that no condonation shall be allowed for grant of second service pension.

4. The Pension Regulation for the Army shall stand amended by inserting item “(iv) an individual who is eligible for 2nd service pension for the service rendered by individual in respect of DSC” below Regulation 44 of Pension Regulation for the Army PM (2008).

5. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.

6. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Division of this Ministry vide their ID No 10(16)/2016/FlN/PEN dated 26/08/2016

The Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Punjab National Bank Ms Usha Ananthasubramanian presented a cheque of Rs. 29.85 lakh to Defence Minister Shri Arun Jaitley as donation towards the Army Battle Casualties Welfare Fund, here today. Financial assistance will be provided to the families of the Army Battle Casualties out of this fund. The amount was contributed by the employees of the Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank, which is sponsored by the Punjab National Bank.

While accepting the cheque, Shri Jaitley appreciated the concern shown by the employees of the Bank towards the families of the defence personnel who have sacrificed their lives for the country and expressed his confidence that such efforts will be continued by them towards this noble cause.

1. Refer GOI MoD ID No 22A ($*)/2007/US/WE/D (Res) dt 19 Aug 2010.
2. CGHS rates were revised for all cities except Mumbai in 2014.
3. CGHS has vide its OM S-11011/222017/CGHS-HEC dt 03 Apr 2017 revised the rate of Mumbai from 2010 to Delhi 2014 rates as an interim measure.

4. Regional Centre ECHS Mumbai would disseminate the new rates to empanelled hospitals, diagnostic laboratories and imaging centres, SEMO’s Stn HQr’s & ECHS polyclinics.

5. The provedures and CGHS package rates of Delhi shall hereafter be treated as ECHS package rates for hospitals, diagnostic laboratories & imaging centres under Regional centre ECHS Mumbai and the rates would be applicable from the date of issue of this letter.

with reference to the above mentioned subject attention is drawn to the Office Memoranda Nos.S.11011/23/2009-CGHS D-II/Hospital Cell dt. 15.11.2010 and S.11011/23/2009-CGHS D-II/Hospital Cell (Part- I) dt. 11.04.2011 vide which CGHS package rates have been prescribed for empanelled hospitals, diagnostic laboratories and imaging centres under CGHS, Mumbai and to state that it has now been decided by competent authority to revise the CGHS package for empanelled HCOs under CGHS, Mumbai as per 2014 CGHS rates of Delhi as an interim measure, till further orders.

A list of the procedures and package rates of CGHS Delhi, which shall hereafter be treated as CGHS package rates for hospitals, diagnostic laboratories and imaging centres empanelled under CGHS, Mumbai is enclosed.
