(DOP&PW)'s O.M No.7/3/2013-P&W(F) dated 02/12/2014 on the above
subject is enclosed for information and compliance. These instructions
shall apply mutatis mutandis on the Railways also.
2. The instruction enhancing the ceiling limit of gratuity from Rs. 5000/- to Rs.10,000/- in such cases was issued vide Board's letter No. F(E)III/88/PN1/42 dated 20.10.1989.
